SoftRoster (softroster.com) is an independent directory of business software, owned and operated by Latai Kamal. By using this site, you agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear, our methodology and page for vendors go into more detail on how the site actually works.

What this site is

A directory: short, independently written descriptions of software products, each linking to the vendor’s own official website. Listing a product here does not mean we endorse it, and does not mean the vendor has any relationship with us — most listed tools do not. Where a listing is a paid-on-conversion affiliate link, it is labeled as such; see our affiliate disclosure.

Accuracy, and no warranty

Descriptions are written with AI from each vendor’s own public website and checked automatically for copied wording, invented numbers, and marketing language — but software changes constantly, and we do not independently test every product. Everything on this site is provided “as is,” without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. If you find an error, please tell us — we correct confirmed errors within 5 working days and log every correction publicly.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any decision you make, or loss you incur, based on information on this site. Always confirm details — pricing, features, terms — directly on the vendor’s own website before you buy anything.

Every “Visit” button leads to a vendor’s own website, which we do not control and are not responsible for. Their own terms, privacy policy, and pricing apply once you’re there — not ours.

Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, a correction, or a product suggestion, you confirm it’s your own genuine account or information, not copied from somewhere else, and you give us permission to publish it (a review) or act on it (a correction or suggestion). We moderate everything by hand before it goes live and may decline or edit for length or clarity, but never to make a review more favourable — see our methodology. Don’t submit anything defamatory, illegal, or that you don’t have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Please don’t scrape, republish in bulk, or use automated tools against this site beyond normal, reasonable browsing — the same courtesy we extend to every site we ourselves gather information from. Don’t attempt to abuse the forms on this site (spam, fake reviews, false submissions) or attempt to access anything not intended to be public.

Trademarks and intellectual property

Product names, logos, and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective vendors and are used only to identify their real products, consistent with ordinary nominative fair use — never to suggest sponsorship or endorsement of this site by that vendor. The descriptions, comparisons, and other original text on this site are our own and may not be republished in bulk without permission.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law
